Membership is open to players of all ages as the Committee of the club may approve subject to availability of places. Some Social members will be allowed to join, but they may be restricted to playing on 1 or 2 tables if high numbers of team players are available to practice. Generally team players will have priority for table use.
Membership Fee
New members will be required to pay a one off joining fee of £5.00. They will be allowed 3 sessions before having to make this payment.
Subscriptions during playing season (October - April)
Team players £40.00 for 2009/10. Non-team players £2.00 per session or a one-off fee of £35.00 to cover all 22 practice sessions
Subscriptions during summer
All players £2.00 per session
Facilities
The club provides all the equipment you need to start playing if you are new to the sport, including bats and balls. We also have a first-class table tennis robot which is available to train with at the Centre every time we get together, and if you have never tried one, it's a workout and a half! Guaranteed to improve your game.
More experienced players are always willing to help beginners and improvers alike, and our Club ethos is that we all help each other to be the best at the sport we can.
